Tile & Grout Cleaning

Tile and grout need to be cleaned and sealed at least once a year in order to prevent dirt from becoming embedded in the grout, causing discoloration and mildew. Our tile cleaning services remove dirt, mildew, and mold from your tile and grout offering you a clean and safe bathroom, kitchen, or any area you may have tile. In addition, we also offer grout re-coloring services if you are unhappy with your existing grout color.

Tile & Grout Cleaning Process

• Pre-Inspection: Before we clean we inspect your floor looking for cracked tile loose grout and any other area needing special attention.
   
• Pre-Treatment : We apply a special tile and grout cleaning agent to loosen the soil in the grout and on the surface of the tile.
   
• Rinse: We use special equipment with very hot water to remove the dirt and grime. Then we thoroughly dry everything.
   
• Sealer: We do recommend having the grout seal with our sealer. This extra layer of protection seal the grout, making it easier to clean spill and dirt.
