A. At Henriques Cleaning Services, all our work is guaranteed 100%. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our service, we will return to reclean within 30 days at no charge.

Q. What is your cleaning process?
A. Henriques Cleaning Services is experienced in all method of cleaning. We clean within the carpet manufacturer's recommendations. Most of our cleaning is done with our truck mounted equipment, which includes a hot water extraction method.

Q. How long does the carpet take to dry?
A. After cleaning, the carpet will be damp to the touch. It will take 3 to 8 hours to be completely dry, depending on weather conditions, room temperature, or air flow.  Rooms with ceiling fans will dry faster.

Q How often should I have my carpet cleaned?
A. We recommend having your carpet cleaned every 6 months to a year, depending on the traffic. Some heavy traffic areas may need cleaning more often.

Q. What is the cause of those black line aroung my baseboard?
A. Those black lines are caused from filteration. The dust and air particles form in those area over a period of time. If not vaccumed on a regular basis, it will cause the dust to build up and cause the carpet to becomes dark.
